Co-founder and Board Chairperson
Ben is an experienced entrepreneur in coffee farming and export. He holds a Computer Engineering degree and leads strategic development, business operations, and IT infrastructure for Nalubale Holdings, blending agricultural expertise with modern technology.
Mukasa Henry
Co-founder and Vice Board Chairperson
Henry has over eight years in coffee and agroforestry farming. With a Commerce degree and CPA certification, he offers strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, and project leadership, contributing significantly to Nalubale’s sustainable growth and development strategy.
Kisirinya Joseph
Company Secretary
Joseph holds a Computer Science degree and serves as Company Secretary and CTO. He ensures legal compliance and manages the company’s digital platforms, integrating technology to improve communication, documentation, and operations across all company departments.
Phiona Nanteza
Director Treasury
Phiona has over seven years of financial management experience and a passion for youth empowerment through agriculture. She holds a BSc in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, supporting Nalubale’s budgeting and development goals.

Eunice is a Business Administration graduate with a Diploma in IT. With over five years of client service experience and a focus on agro-product value addition, she drives stakeholder engagement and recruitment strategies at Nalubale Holdings.

Emmanuel is an accountant and second-year law student with over 10 years of audit and risk management experience. He contributes to legal oversight and continuous improvement across projects and governance frameworks.

George William is an educator, Rotarian, and seasoned farmer with degrees from Makerere and Kyambogo. He leads agricultural development, combining project evaluation experience and practical farming knowledge in coffee, poultry, and Matooke cultivation.

Richard holds advanced degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Global Health. With expertise in lab management and public health systems, he also runs a health facility and manages farm input supply operations for Nalubale Holdings.
